It was my friend’s birthday this weekend and we all ventured to the Big City. Boyfriends included we ate Mexican and drank cocktails from fish bowls, excited about our little adventure weekend I booked a hotel and promised my boyfriend a night to remember. After a very enjoyable evening we staggered outside the club and tumbled into a taxi where I began to realize just how drunk my boyfriend was. Inside the hotel we took the lift and I imagined how I’d seductively remove my clothes to reveal my gorgeous new lingerie ready for our passionate hotel night, I opened our door, he stumbled through hit the bed and was snoring in 5 minutes, fully clothed! I dialed room service … “No I don’t want cheese on toast, I want a Jimmyjane Little Chroma!”

Hello all!!!! I’m afraid you’re going to have to bear with me today…I’ve been excited about writing this blog for DAYS and I’ve finally got the green light!! Why so excited? Well I’ve now got a new favourite massager…and that’s no small feat, believe you me! Lelo’s lily has been unseated…big time! It hurts to say that but for me it’s true, as much as love my lily she’s now been kicked off the bedside table and into the drawer by my new gadget!! JIMMYJANE’S UNREAL FORM 3!! I’m sorry…I’m so so so SORRY!! Far too long I have been under radio silence!! BUT…I have a good reason…and it helps to explain today’s title!! Just in case you were wondering…I have indeed swapped my heels for a pair of Wellies (haven’t arrived yet), but fear not…because I’ve pre-ordered the Hunter-Jimmy Choo ones…I just can’t let go of my little luxuries…they just add glamour to the mundane!! So why have I jumped ship in the footwear department?? Because I (we) have moved house of course…farewell Central London, and Bonjour the Oxfordshire Countryside!! Yep that’s right, this lifelong city girl has crossed the border into country living…I’ve always said that London is the best place in the world to live….but, now seems the best time to make a little admission…I have ALWAYS fancied a life surrounded by fields!! It has got to that time of year again and Easter is knocking on the door!

I often find Easter to be a rather taxing time of year with all of the egg hunts and screaming children. To right my psychological balance, I always have to make sure that in amongst all of the Easter headache, I always have a rather grown up Easter rabbit on hand! (more…)
