Other cheaper toothbrush vibrators are made from just one piece of plastic and just move from side to side which can be ineffective or unpleasant, depending upon the shape of the head. In contrast, tingletip's small, 'contra-rotating' head provides little vibration at the centre and maximum energy at the edges, giving total control for maximum pleasure.
