At La Belle Epoque, we offer two forms of gift presentation:
Classic service: Wrapped in high quality tissue, adorned with a satin ribbon. A La Belle Epoque label is then added for the final touch.
Elite Service: Orders are packaged within a monogrammed, satin lined gift box. The gift box is then adorned with satin ribbon. Larger items are presented in a larger monogrammed box with innovative magnetic closure lid. Finished with satin ribbon.
La Belle Epoque aim to dispatch items as soon as possible; all orders placed before 4pm on any working day will be dispatched that day. All our deliveries are packaged discretely so that your privacy will not be compromised.

At La Belle Epoque we are committed to hygiene and as such we are unable to accept returns of any toys unless faulty, unfit for purpose or of an unsatisfactory quality. Please do check before opening the box if the item is correct as opened items cannot be returned.
