La Belle Epoque accepts all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and American Express.
All orders made before 4pm Monday to Saturday will be posted that same day. Orders After 4pm will be posted the following day. If you choose a service that offers parcel tracking, then you can track your parcel using the code provided to you by us.
All of our orders are packaged in the most discreet packaging. There is no mention of us on the box, and all deliveries arrive in plain brown boxes, just as you would receive anything else.
Gift boxes are delivered within a normal brown postage boxes, just as with any normal order.
All of your products packed within the postal box are securely packed in so as to prevent damage. Our invoices are included within the package, however with gift boxes, gift wrapped items and hampers, invoices will be in an envelope within the box, addressed to the purchaser.
If you are gifting some items and wish them to be delivered directly to the recipient, then we will issue a gift receipt with the products.

All of your ordered items will be individually wrapped in high quality black tissue paper, and then tied with satin ribbon. A La Belle Epoque sticker then adds the final touch.
The cost of the classic gift wrap service is £4.80
All of your ordered items will be placed inside a La Belle Epoque gift box. Smaller orders are packaged within a monogrammed, satin lined gift box. The gift box is then adorned with satin ribbon.
Larger orders will be packaged inside a tissue lined monogrammed box, which features an innovative magnetic closure. The gift box is then adorned with satin ribbon.
The cost of the elite gift wrap service is £9.80
As we post all our items with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, if you are not in to receive your item, then you will be left a note to tell you where to pick your order up from.
